Service Forum (VSF Qatar) is organising a Live Practical Session to provide
direct, step-by-step assistance to expatriates in completing their NORKA Care
Plus membership formalities.
The online session will be held today, Thursday, 17 September 2026, at 7:45 PM Qatar and Saudi time (10:15 PM India time). The session will be led by Rafeek Karad, President, VSF Qatar, and Asif Kakkov, Deputy Chief Adviser, VSF Qatar.

The initiative comes ahead of the 18
September 2026 deadline for submitting applications. The session is open to
those who have already obtained NORKA ID as well as those who
are yet to complete the application process. Expatriates who do not yet have a
NORKA ID are also encouraged to apply for one at the earliest, enabling them to
proceed with the Care Plus application once the ID is received.
Participants are advised to keep ready the name and date of birth of the applicant and family members to be included, the mobile number registered with NORKA ID for OTP verification, and facilities for making payment through Google Pay. "The objective is to guide participants through the process step by step and help as many eligible expatriates as possible complete their applications within the stipulated deadline," said Mashood V.C., Chief Adviser and Programme Coordinator, VSF Qatar.
