PSG marks 15 years of transformation under Nasser Al Khelaifi

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has marked 15 years of transformation under the leadership of club president Nasser Al Khelaifi, following its acquisition by Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) in 2011. Since Al Khelaifi took charge on November 4, 2011, the French club has evolved into one of the world's leading sporting institutions, recording significant growth in sporting achievements, commercial operations and international presence.

During this period, PSG has won 43 of its 61 major trophies, including consecutive UEFA Champions League titles in 2025 and 2026, becoming the first French club to achieve the feat. The club has also secured a record 11 French league titles, while its various sporting teams have collected 87 trophies. Investment in youth development has remained a key priority, highlighted by the opening of the EUR 350 million PSG Training Center in November 2024, which accommodates senior men's and women's teams as well as youth squads.

PSG has also recorded substantial economic and commercial growth, with annual revenue rising ninefold from EUR 99 million in the 2010-11 season to more than EUR 800 million in 2024-25. Commercial revenue reached EUR 367 million during the same season, while Forbes valued the club at EUR 5.8 billion in 2025, compared with approximately EUR 70 million in 2011. Its international reach has expanded to nearly 100 countries, with more than 250 million social media followers, 14 official stores and 209 academy training locations across 25 countries.

Beyond sporting and commercial success, PSG has strengthened its community engagement through initiatives benefiting around 240,000 children and young people and fulfilling 9,000 wishes for children with serious illnesses. The club received the Ballon d'Or Club of the Year award in 2025 and 2026 and the Laureus World Team of the Year award in 2021 and 2026. QSI has invested approximately EUR 2 billion in the club in France since 2011, contributing to around 2,400 full-time jobs. Fifteen years after the acquisition, PSG continues to focus on sporting excellence, youth development and international expansion under Al Khelaifi's leadership.
