Doha: Qatar Airways has announced updated refund and rebooking policies for passengers affected by ongoing flight disruptions. Customers with confirmed bookings for travel between February 28 and June 15, 2026, are now eligible for full refunds or date changes.

Processing: If you cannot retrieve your booking online, your refund is already
being processed automatically.

Requests: If your booking is still accessible, you may opt for a full refund or
a date change. Note that add-ons (like extra baggage or seat selection) will be
processed separately.

Travel
Extension: Passengers wishing to reschedule can move their travel dates to any
period up to October 31, 2026, on Qatar Airways-operated flights, subject to
availability.
Refund
Logistics: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 28
working days. Passengers can monitor their request status using the "Track
a refund" tool on the airline's official website.
Important Note for Third-Party Bookings: If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent or a third-party website, you must contact them directly to initiate the refund or change process.
