News Agency launched a training course on Tuesday to develop Arabic language
skills for media professionals, as part of QNA Training Center's 2026 training
plan. The three-day course, led by Dr. Seeta Al Athba from Qatar University,
aims to help participants use correct Arabic in media work according to sound
professional principles, improving the quality of media content.
The course covers theoretical and practical topics including basics of Arabic in media, proper journalistic writing methods, language editing skills, text rewriting, and common errors in media texts. The initiative is part of QNA's efforts to develop national media competencies and keep pace with developments in digital content production. QNA opened its training halls equipped with modern training methods in March 2023 as part of its vision to enhance the capabilities of Qatari media professionals.
