Doha - Qatar Tourism has announced that the Hayya platform has won the Silver Stevie Award in the Innovation in Public Administration category at the 2026 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards.

The recognition highlights Hayya’s role in transforming travel, tourism, and event management through advanced digital solutions. The platform has evolved into a comprehensive system for e-visa processing, event access, and accreditation, integrated seamlessly with various government services.

Hayya also incorporates modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, optical character recognition, and NFC-enabled passport scanning to enhance efficiency and user experience. Operated by Qatar Tourism, it serves as the country’s official digital gateway for visitors, supporting Qatar’s ongoing tourism development.
