As a remarkable act of bravery, a three-year-old boy from West Yorkshire potentially saved his mother's life after she suddenly collapsed at home. The young boy, James, who is described as being 'police-obsessed,' dialed 999 when his mother, Georgia, fell unconscious due to postural hypotension and dehydration.
Despite his younger age, James managed to reach the West Yorkshire Police and clearly explain to a call handler named Jen that his mother was in trouble and not "waking up." Audio from the call captures the moment when the young boy calmly provided essential details.
Fortunately, during the minute-long call, Georgia regained consciousness. James was praised for his quick thinking and composure in a crisis. In recognition of his bravery, the toddler was gifted a toy helicopter, presented to him by Police Constables Jordan Kassim and Charlotte Wright.
