The Ministry of Interior, through the General Directorate of Traffic, has issued a call to vehicle owners whose cars have been impounded for over three months. They are urged to complete the necessary procedures and retrieve their vehicles within 30 days, starting Sunday, August 9, 2026.
In a recent social media post, the traffic authority advised affected vehicle owners to visit the Vehicle Impoundment Section located on Street 52 in the Industrial Area. There, they are required to settle any outstanding traffic violations and storage fees to reclaim their vehicles.
The authority has warned that failure to collect the impounded vehicles within the specified timeframe will result in the cars being put up for sale, in accordance with legal procedures.
