Doha, Qatar: Visit Qatar, in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), has announced the return of the Qatar T100 Kick Off Run on December 10 in Lusail, ahead of the 2026 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final. The community event will feature 1km and 5km runs, welcoming residents and visitors of all ages and fitness levels.

The 1km run will start at 5:45pm, followed by the 5km run at 6:30pm. Both events are untimed and designed to encourage participation among individuals, families and children, making the sport accessible to the wider community.

The three-day programme will also include amateur triathlons, followed by the Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final on December 11 and the T100 Age-Group World Championships on December 12. The event further strengthens Qatar’s position as a destination for major international sporting events.
