Doha: The FinTech & Energy Tech Conclave ANECX FENTECH ’26, organized by ANECX Qatar, the alumni association of NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, concluded successfully at the Hilton Doha. The event brought together industry leaders, technology experts, and professionals to discuss emerging trends in FinTech and Energy Tech, with a strong focus on the industrial applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The conclave was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Vipul, Ambassador of India to Qatar, who highlighted the long-term impact of FinTech and Energy Tech innovations on the global economy and their role in driving sustainable growth.

Mr. Ahmad Farshoukh, General Manager of ITCAN Solutions, delivered the keynote address titled “Digital Twins & Artificial Intelligence: Shaping the Future of Industry,” offering insights into how advanced technologies are transforming industrial ecosystems.

Mr. Gaurav Sachdeva, Chairman of the FinTech Association and CEO of The Founders Majlis, addressed the audience on the evolution of digital payment systems and emerging trends shaping the global FinTech landscape.

A panel discussion on “Innovation Landscape – EnergyTech & FinTech” featured Dr. Allan Villegas, Ph.D, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Tawakkol, CTO – Energy Sector at Microsoft, and Mr. Mandar Sahasrabudhe, Cyber Security Advisor. The panel explored innovation challenges, cybersecurity concerns, and future opportunities across the FinTech and Energy Tech sectors.

The event began with a welcome address by Er. Leena Harigovind, President of ANECX Qatar, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Er. Aneesh N, Secretary of ANECX Qatar. The programme was smoothly anchored by Er. Deepa and Er. Ram Mohan.

Founded in 1997, ANECX Qatar is an affiliate of the Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC) under the aegis of the Embassy of India. For more than 25 years, the organization has been actively engaged in promoting technical education, professional excellence, and leadership development.

The conclave witnessed participation from senior executives, business leaders, and professionals from leading international organizations, establishing ANECX FENTECH ’26 as a key knowledge-sharing platform for the technology community in Qatar.
