Doha, Qatar: Noble International School celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great patriotic fervour at its Al Wukair Campus, creating an atmosphere filled with national pride and solemn reflection. The celebration was attended by the school Directors, senior leadership, faculty members, and students, lending dignity and significance to the occasion.

The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Directors of the school, Mr. R. S. Moideen and Mr. Nazer, in the presence of Principal Dr. Shibu Abdul Rasheed, Vice Principals, teachers, and students. This was followed by the singing of the National Anthem, which resonated across the campus, reinforcing the spirit of unity and patriotism.

The campus then came alive with a series of vibrant cultural performances that celebrated the essence of the nation. Students presented patriotic songs, energetic dance performances, and an impressive school orchestra, captivating the audience and reflecting their love and respect for the motherland.

The formal segment of the event began with a welcome address by Vice Principal
(Academics), Mr. Jayamon Joy, who set the tone for the
celebration. In his keynote address, Principal Dr. Shibu Abdul Rasheed emphasized the pivotal role of the youth in
shaping the future of the nation. He spoke about the guiding
principles enshrined in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution and encouraged
teachers to nurture in students a strong understanding of Fundamental Rights
and constitutional values.
Highlighting the legacy of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar,
the Principal reflected on his immense contributions to the nation and the
making of the Constitution. He also traced key moments in the country’s
history, underscoring that great leaders emerge through their own potential, vision, and
calibre, rather than through patronage or external influence.
The Republic
Day celebration, which seamlessly blended solemnity with cultural pride,
concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Shihabudheen Maruthath, Vice Principal (CCA).
The event left students inspired and motivated to uphold the democratic ideals, constitutional
values, and national unity that form the foundation of the
Republic.
