Doha, Qatar: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of India, Droupadi Murmu, on the occasion of India’s Republic Day.

In his message, HH the Amir conveyed his sincere wishes to the President for good health and happiness, and extended his best wishes to the government and people of India for continued progress and prosperity.

India celebrates Republic Day annually on January 26, marking the adoption of its Constitution in 1950 and the establishment of the nation as a sovereign, democratic republic. (QNA)
