Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani inaugurated the first edition of the Doha Legal Forum on Monday, bringing together senior officials, judges, and legal experts to discuss emerging developments in the legal field.
The
forum is being organized by the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the
Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) under the
theme “Emerging
Trends and Forward-Looking Insights.” It aims to enhance dialogue
on modern legal frameworks and strengthen international judicial cooperation.
The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs HE Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, President of the Court of Cassation and President of the Supreme Judicial Council HE Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al Hassan Al Mohannadi, along with a number of ministers of justice, senior judges, and legal scholars. The forum features around 40 speakers and includes three roundtable discussions with participants from about 13 countries.
