Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Indian Football Forum (QIIF),
one of the most prominent organisations promoting Indian and expatriate
football activities in Qatar, has elected its new set of office bearers for the
upcoming term.
City
Exchange CEO Sharaf P Hameed has
been re-elected as
President, reflecting the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership
and vision for the organisation’s continued growth under his stewardship,
Mohammed Shameen has been elected as the General Secretary, while Advocate Mohamed Iqbal will serve as
the Treasurer. Suhail Shanthapuram, Hussain Kadannamanna and
Ashiq Ahmed have been elected as Vice
Presidents, supporting the executive leadership in steering the forum’s
activities.
The
newly elected Secretaries are Mohammed Haneef, Nisthar Patel and Hamza
Peringathur, while Rasheed Ahmed
will take charge as the Internal
Auditor. Muhsin has been
elected as the Joint Treasurer.
The
extended executive committee includes office bearers assigned to key
operational roles: Naseer (Technical
Head), Anwar Hussain (PR & Media), Abdu Raheem (Match Control), Basheer
(Facilities), Anas Moideen (Sponsorship), Shanib Shamsudheen (Event
Management), Muhammad Shanavas (Liaison Officer), Fazil Hameed (Guest
Management), Ajmal Abdul Rahman (Refreshments), Abbas Ooty (Technical Support),
and Showkath (Trophies & Awards).
In
addition, Dr. Abdul Samad, Rizwan,
Azad, Naufal Isa, Sabith and others have been elected as Executive Members, further
strengthening the organisational structure.
