Doha: Aspire
Zone Foundation has announced that its annual Summer Camp will be held from
July 5 to 30, running Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 1pm at the Aspire
Dome for boys and the Ladies Sports Hall for girls.
The
camp, open to children aged 6 to 14, offers a packed schedule of sports
activities, educational workshops, and field trips to Doha's prominent
landmarks. Boys' activities include archery, football, basketball, volleyball,
e-sports, swimming, martial arts, and fitness games, while girls will take part
in archery, arts activities, swimming, e-sports, basketball, volleyball, and
fitness games.
Tuesdays
will feature sports and educational programmes in cooperation with the Ministry
of Endowments, Qatar Red Crescent, Qatar Sports for All Federation, and the
General Directorate of Traffic. Thursdays will be dedicated to recreational and
educational field trips. Registration is now open through the foundation's
official website.
Executive Director of Facilities and Events Ahmed Mohammed Al Hassan said: "Aspire Zone opens its world-class facilities to children from across the community, driven by our strong belief in the importance of instilling a culture of sport and healthy living in younger generations."
