Ideal Indian School celebrates India's 80th Independence Day

Doha, Qatar: Ideal Indian School marked India's 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism, embodying the spirit of unity and love for the nation. The celebration commenced with Principal Mr. Mohammad Azam Khan proudly unfurling the Indian National Flag at 7:30 a.m., followed by a melodious rendition of the National Anthem, “Jana Gana Mana,” by the School Choir.



The event saw the participation of Finance Manager Mr. Imran Hurzuk, Transport Manager Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, alongside the teaching and non-teaching staff, students, parents, and well-wishers, all gathered on the school campus to honor this significant occasion.



In his address, Principal Mr. Mohammad Azam Khan spoke about the true significance of this milestone, emphasizing that Independence Day is not only a celebration of freedom but also a time to remember the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and national leaders. He urged students to acknowledge their role in the nation's progress and development, stressing that a country's advancement is the collective responsibility of its citizens. He highlighted the importance of education, healthcare, and infrastructure in building a stronger India and encouraged students to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute positively to the nation's future.

The programme began with a prayer by Master Abdul Samad Khan and Master Ammar and was hosted by Ms. Samreen Arbaz, setting a tone of reverence and celebration for the memorable day.
