Doha, Qatar: Mohammed Jasir, a 24-year-old native of Madakkara, Mattool in Kannur, Kerala, died after drowning in Qatar. Mohammed was the son of Vattakkandi Jasmi, a Ward 8 Member of the Mattool Grama Panchayat, and Poovankulathil Abdul Naseer.
He had recently moved to Qatar, having secured employment at a mobile shop in Al Gharafa just a month prior to the incident. Mohammed’s siblings: Jaseel and Jasna.
Arrangements for his burial in Doha are being managed by the KMCC Al Ihsan Repatriation Wing, which is overseeing the completion of necessary formalities.
