Doha: Pravasi Welfare, through its HRD Wing, organised an NLP training programme on the topic "Professional Mindset" as part of an upskilling programme aimed at personality development and professional excellence in the workplace. The session was led by corporate NLP trainer Revathi Krishna and proved highly beneficial for working professionals and job seekers across various sectors.

The training offered guidance on facing workplace challenges with confidence, developing a positive attitude, and improving communication and leadership skills. The programme also emphasised that mental health and personality development are equally important alongside career growth.

Pravasi Welfare State Vice President Ahmed Shafi presented a memento to the trainer. Programme convener Ahsana Kariyadan compered the event, and Pravasi Welfare State Vice President Latha Krishna delivered the concluding speech. HRD Wing members Fais Abdullah, Fathima Tasneem, Afeefa Husna, Radiya Razaq, Shaqeeb Jaleel, Shafi Moozhikkal, Abid Zubair, Sahala, and Huda led the programme.
