Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Municipality, actively participated in a high-level event hosted by the Global Initiative for Pandemic Prevention, focused on combating transboundary animal diseases in Rome.
The Qatari delegation was led by Eng. Fahad Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Assistant Undersecretary for Agriculture and Food Security Affairs, and included Bajad Al-Hajri, Director of the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Agriculture and Food Security Affairs, along with Hamad Saleh Al-Yafei, Head of the Livestock Development Department.
