Qatar set to compete in Asian Winter Games 2025 in Harbin, China

Qatar is set to make its mark at the Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025, scheduled from February 7 to 14, 2025, in China. This prestigious event will see the participation of 1,275 athletes from 34 National Olympic Committees across Asia, competing in six sports with a total of 11 disciplines.


Qatar's delegation, consisting of 15 talented athletes, will kick off its participation with the curling team on February 4, 2025. The athletes representing Qatar include Abdulrahman assim Al Yafai, Ahmad Saad Al Fahad, Nasser Abdulrahman Al Yafai, Mubarak Salem Al Merri, Mohammed Hassan Al Naimi, Naif Badr Al Rumaihi, Dana Ahmad Al Fahad, Sarah Hamoud Al Qait, Fatima Ahmad Al Fahad, Hasina Hassan Al Fahad, Mubarka Salem Al Abdullah, and Amina Hamoud Al Qait in curling.


Additionally, Mohammad Masoud Al Abdullah will compete in short track speed skating, Mohammad Khalid Al Kuwari in snowboarding, and Khalifa Ahmed Elmagarmid in alpine skiing.


As the Games approach, anticipation builds for Qatar's athletes to showcase their skills on this international stage.
