Doha: Qatar Tec, a leading manpower company in Doha, marked World Environment Day with a special awareness programme and pledge ceremony, reaffirming its commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development. The event brought together company officials, employees, community leaders, and distinguished guests to promote environmental responsibility and inspire collective action towards a greener future.
The
programme was attended by prominent community leaders and entrepreneurs,
including Dr. Sheela Philip, Managing Director of Doha Beauty Centre, Muhammed
Noushad Abu, Managing Director of Power Rocka Gym, and Dr. Amanulla
Vadakkangara, CEO of Mediaplus, who graced the occasion as chief guests.
Addressing
the gathering, the speakers stressed that environmental protection is no longer
a choice but a necessity. They called upon individuals, organisations, and
communities to adopt environmentally responsible practices and contribute
towards building a healthier and more sustainable future. They highlighted that
simple actions such as reducing waste, conserving energy, planting trees, and
embracing eco-friendly lifestyles can collectively make a meaningful impact on
the environment.
The
speakers also underscored the importance of educating younger generations about

Leading
the event, Jebi K. John, Managing Director of Qatar Tec, reiterated the

in safeguarding nature.
A
special pledge ceremony formed a key highlight of the programme, during which

The
event was coordinated by the Qatar Tec management team, including Binu
Kuriakose (Operations Manager), Jinoj Mathew Thomas (Project Account Manager),
Laiju Varghese (Admin & Procurement Manager), John Mathew (Manager - Human

The
