Doha, Qatar: Safari Hypermarket has expanded its retail presence in Qatar with the opening of its ninth outlet in Al Sheehaniya. The new outlet officially commenced operations on August 27, 2026, further strengthening Safari Group’s growing retail network across the country.
The outlet
was inaugurated by Mr. Hamad Dhafer Abdul Hadi Al Ahbabi, Chairman of Safari
Group of Companies, along with chief guest Mr. Mubarak Al Hajri, Director of
Health Inspections in Al Sheehaniya. Mr. Surendranath, General Manager of
Safari Group of Companies, and Mr. Tamer El Sayed, Assistant General Manager –
Public Relations, also attended the inauguration ceremony.
Representatives of Safari management and invited guests were present at the opening, marking the latest addition to the group’s expanding network of outlets in Qatar.
Located in Al
Sheehaniya, the new outlet has been designed to provide greater convenience to
residents of the area and surrounding communities. According to Safari Group,
the outlet will remain open 24 hours a day, offering customers convenient
access to its retail services around the clock.
Adding to the
opening celebrations, Safari has launched a special “Visit & Win”
promotion, giving customers the opportunity to win two Chevrolet Captiva 2025 model
cars without making any purchase.
Customers
visiting the new Safari outlet can collect a free coupon and enter the draw
simply by visiting the outlet. The promotion runs from August 3 to November 4,
2026.
The first
draw will be held on September 17, 2026, at Safari Outlet, Logistics Village.
The second and final draw will take place on November 5, 2026, at the newly
opened Safari outlet in Al Sheehaniya.
With its 24-hour operations, convenient location and attractive “Visit & Win” campaign, Safari’s ninth outlet is set to offer residents of Al Sheehaniya and nearby areas a convenient and rewarding shopping experience while further strengthening Safari Group’s retail presence in Qatar.
