Doha: An interactive orientation session titled ‘Leader Plus’ was conducted on March 5, 2025, at the M.E.S. Indian School’s Conference Hall. Led by Mr. Adil C T, Founder and CEO of Academics, Habitat Schools, UAE, and Executive Secretary of Dayapuram Education and Cultural Centre, Kerala, the session focused on leadership enhancement and emotional intelligence.

The event commenced with a prayer by Ms. Fathima Afrah and a welcome song by students, creating a reflective atmosphere. The school’s Principal, Dr. Hameeda Kadar, highlighted the importance of leadership in both personal and professional life, expressing gratitude to Mr. Adil for his contributions to education and leadership development. Mr. Akbar Ali, Telecom Manager at Qatar Energy, was the distinguished guest at the event.

Mr. Adil C T delivered an insightful presentation on leadership qualities and emotional intelligence, emphasizing self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills as key components of effective leadership. He encouraged teachers to not only impart knowledge but also inspire transformation, advocating for teaching approaches that foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation.
