Doha: Birla Public School has once again demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence, with its students achieving remarkable success in the 2025-2026 editions of the prestigious International French Competitions - International French Word Power (FWP) and Concours Romain Rolland (CRR). The students earned accolades at both national and global levels, reinforcing the school's reputation for nurturing multilingual proficiency and global-minded learners.

The most notable achievement came from Mikhail Vincent Paul of Grade 5, who
secured First Rank Nationwide in
the Concours Romain Rolland A1.1 category with a perfect score of 100 percent. In recognition of this
outstanding accomplishment, he received a medal, certificate, and a cash prize
of ₹21,000.
He further enhanced his performance by securing 7th position nationally in the International French Word Power
competition with an impressive score of 98
percent.
Organized by the Prayatna Educational Society (PES) in collaboration with the Quebec Government Office, the Consulate General of France in Mumbai,
and the Alliance Française de Rouen,
France, the competitions aim to foster global citizenship while
promoting academic excellence and French language proficiency among students
worldwide. The competitions were conducted in two stages - the Regional
Excellence Level and the Global Excellence Level - with assessments based on
both accuracy and speed.
A total of 117
students from Birla Public School qualified for the final round, and
notably, all 117 students successfully
passed, reflecting the school's strong foundation in French language
education. Several students secured positions among the Top 10 National Ranks at the Global Excellence Level. These
included Agniya Arokianadhen (Grade 6),
who secured 8th position in CRR with 98 percent; Schantal Kyra G. Gonsalves (Grade 6), who achieved 8th position in
FWP with a perfect score of 100 percent; and Shreemita Chakraborty (Grade 4) and Reyaansh Chouksey (Grade 5), both of whom secured 9th position in
CRR with 98 percent.
The school hailed the achievements as a reflection of the students’ dedication, the teachers’ guidance, and the unwavering support of parents. Congratulating all participants and award winners, the school said the success reaffirms Birla Public School’s commitment to academic excellence, multilingual education, and global engagement. The achievements have brought immense pride to the school community and further strengthened its tradition of excellence on the international stage.
