Doha, Qatar: The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security successfully concluded its inaugural Pistol Shooting Championship for Officers, which featured both individual and team competitions. Three days, 33 officers of varying ranks, representing different departments and sections of the directorate, participated in the event.
The championship was designed to enhance field readiness, improve shooting skills, and promote positive competition among officers, thereby contributing to their professional development and the enhancement of security performance.
At the end of the championship, Colonel (Navy) Hassan Ahmed Al-Sulaiti, Director General of Coasts and Borders Security, awarded the winners in a ceremony attended by several department directors and section heads.
