DPS-Modern Indian School honours Grade XII high achievers at Academic Award Ceremony

Doha: An evening of applause, achievement, and unforgettable moments unfolded at DPS-Modern Indian School on September 17, 2026, as the school hosted its 'Academic Award Ceremony' to honour the outstanding achievers of the Grade XII CBSE Board Examination 2025–26.


The result highlights were presented by Dr. Rakhi Mishra, Academic Coordinator – Grades XI & XII, setting the stage for a celebration of exceptional academic achievement.


Adding another chapter to the school's legacy of academic excellence, Naveen Manikandan emerged as the School Topper and Science Stream Topper with an outstanding 98.6%. Neha Susan Denny topped the Commerce stream with 96.2%, while Sharvi Patwardhan led the Humanities stream with an impressive 97.4%.


Principal Ms. Soma Bhattacharjee congratulated the achievers, highlighting that their success reflects the confidence, compassion, and character nurtured at DPS-MIS, while acknowledging the unwavering support of parents and teachers. Chief Guest Mr. George Thomas, Vice Chairman, DPS Group of Institutions and President, DPS-Modern Indian School, hailed the achievers as the "heroes" of the occasion and urged them to embrace a spirit of giving and make a meaningful difference all around.


A total of 54 students from Grade XII (2025-2026) were awarded trophies, medals, special awards, and merit certificates as a hallmark of their academic genius, punctuality, and all-round excellence.


The event concluded with a strong commitment to empower, inspire, and support students in their pursuit of excellence in all facets of life.
