Doha: The Friends of Kozhikode Women's Wing has set an example by initiating a programme to highlight the importance of reading culture in changing times.

At a ceremony held at the ICC Hall, books were handed over to ICC President Mr. Manikantan, led by FOK Women's Wing President Deepthi Suresh. The event, which reflected the importance of promoting reading culture, was attended by ICC General Secretary Abraham K. Joseph, Vice President Shantanu Deshpande, and MC members Poorvi Shrof and Vengapa Bagavathulla.

FOK General Secretary Biju Kaiveli presided over the book donation ceremony, attended by FOK Women's Wing office bearers Ramla Samad, Shilji Riyas, Sameera Abdulla, Fasina Shafeeq, Shamla Sajid, Tasny Naseef, Ramla Mohamed Ali, Veena Viswnath, Naseeha Nelloor, and Aswathy R.
