US President Donald Trump stated on Wednesday that he believes Iran's supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei is still alive, despite not being seen in public since assuming leadership after his father's assassination in February. "I don't think he's dead. He was very seriously wounded. The left side of his body, the arm, the leg, the whole thing. He was very seriously wounded. But I don't think he's dead," Trump remarked during an interview with conservative radio host Glenn Beck.

Officially, Khamenei continues to lead his nation amidst US and Israeli attacks. However, his prolonged public absence and the growing influence of veteran Revolutionary Guards figures have sparked rumors that he might be deceased or not fully in control. His father was killed in a bombing at the onset of the US-Israeli offensive.
