Doha: The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), operating under the aegis of the Embassy of India, Qatar, has announced the much-anticipated ICC Winter Festival 2026, featuring two major talent competitions - ICC Star Singer and ICC Super Dancers - culminating in the spectacular cultural extravaganza Bharat Utsav. The grand event will be held at the Ideal School Ground on 22nd and 23rd January 2026.
ICC Star Singer
Aimed at promoting young singing talent among the Indian expatriate community in Qatar, ICC Star Singer invites participants aged 14 to 40 years to showcase their vocal excellence.
Registration fee: QAR 100
Prizes:
1st – QAR 7,500
2nd – QAR 5,000
3rd – QAR 2,500 + Trophy + Certificates
Competition Rounds:
Qualifiers → Pre-Quarter → Quarter → Semi-Final → Grand Finale (with Bharat Utsav)
The finale will take place on 22nd January 2026 at the Ideal School Ground.
ICC Super Dancers
Designed to promote group dancing, teamwork, and synchronization, the ICC Super Dancers contest will celebrate the creativity and rhythm of cinematic dance. Open to participants aged 12 to 45 years, the competition promises to be a visual treat.

Bharat Utsav – A Cultural Extravaganza
The grand Bharat Utsav on 22nd and 23rd January 2026 will feature a musical live show by a celebrity singer from India and team, along with a special dance performance by an Indian celebrity.
Adding to the festivities, winners of ICC Star Singer and ICC Super Dancers will also perform on stage, making the event a true celebration of Indian art, music, and culture.
