Doha, Qatar: The Qatar International Food Festival is set to return with the Open Fire Food Festival, curated and presented by Steve Harvey, promising a vibrant celebration of outdoor cooking and flame-grilled flavours. The two-day event will take place on January 16 and 17, 2026, at the 974 Stadium Precinct, offering a lively and family-friendly culinary experience.

The festival will feature award-winning pitmasters and outdoor chefs from the United States, including Melissa Cookston, Moe Cason, and Bob Trudnak, who will showcase live-fire cooking, signature dishes, and interactive demonstrations.
