Doha: Indian Coffee House successfully hosted Payasa Poru 2026, a signature culinary celebration that brought together tradition, creativity, and community spirit on one vibrant platform. Participants presented a diverse array of payasam creations, ranging from traditional jaggery-based classics to innovative variations crafted with tender coconut, sabudana, floral infusions, and heritage grains. Each dish reflected not just culinary expertise, but also personal stories deeply rooted in culture and heritage.

The event was executed with seamless coordination
and received widespread appreciation from guests and participants alike. The
smooth flow and high standards of organization highlighted the commitment and
teamwork of the organizing committee, ensuring a memorable and engaging
