Doha, January 05 (QNA): Qatar Airways on Monday marked the launch of three weekly non-stop flights between Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha and Hail International Airport (HAS), adding Hail as its 13th destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new route reflects the airline’s continued commitment to strengthening its footprint in the Saudi market, which remains a key pillar of its regional and global growth strategy.
The
launch is aligned with Qatar Airways’ long-term vision to enhance regional and
international connectivity. The Hail service is expected to significantly
improve travel options for passengers flying from Africa, the Indian
Subcontinent, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, providing easier access to
the north-central region of Saudi Arabia through the airline’s extensive global
network.
With the
addition of Hail, Qatar Airways now operates more than 150 weekly flights to 13
destinations across Saudi Arabia, including Abha, AlUla, Dammam, Jeddah,
Medina, NEOM, Qassim, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif, The Red Sea, and Yanbu. Recently
voted the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax 2025, Qatar Airways continues to
offer passengers seamless, world-class connectivity to over 170 destinations
worldwide via its award-winning hub, Hamad International Airport in Doha.
