Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has honoured 82 students for their outstanding achievements in international and Gulf competitions during the 2025-26 academic year.

The students were recognised at a ceremony attended by Minister of Education and Higher Education HE Lolwah Al Khater and ministry Undersecretary HE Dr Ibrahim Al Nuaimi.

Director of Public Relations and Communication Department Maryam Al Muhannadi said the competitions gave students opportunities to demonstrate the knowledge and skills gained through education and training.

She said the awards recognised the students’ commitment, discipline and perseverance, as well as the support of their families, teachers, supervisors and schools.

The ministry said the achievements reflected the joint efforts of Qatar’s education sector to identify and develop talented students and provide them opportunities to represent the country internationally, in line with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
