Doha, Qatar: His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani crowned Morocco as the champions of the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 after a thrilling 3–2 victory over Jordan following extra time in the final at Lusail Stadium on Thursday night.

Morocco
sealed the title in a dramatic contest witnessed by a record crowd, showcasing
high-intensity football and late drama that kept fans on the edge of their
seats until the final whistle.
The
closing ceremony was attended by His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani,
the Personal Representative of the Amir; His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin
Khalifa al-Thani; and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa al-Thani. Also
present were His Excellency Hassan bin Abdullah al-Ghanim, Chairman of the
Shura Council, along with several Sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials.
Among
the distinguished guests were Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince
of Jordan; Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA; HE Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim
al-Khalifa, President of the Asian Football Confederation; and Prince Abdulaziz
bin Turki bin Faisal al-Saud, Saudi Minister of Sports and President of the
Arab Football Federation. The ceremony was further attended by heads of
delegations, leaders of Olympic committees and Arab and international
federations, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Qatar, and a large
audience of football fans.
