To enhance professional development and uphold academic standards, M.E.S. Indian School has kicked off a week-long Staff Orientation Programme, which began on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the school's Conference Hall. This initiative is aimed at equipping educators from the Boys’, Girls’ Junior, KG, and Evening Sections with the necessary skills and knowledge for the upcoming academic session.
The opening day featured a keynote speech by Dr. Hameeda Kadar, Principal of M.E.S. Indian School, who discussed the 'Strategic Roadmap for Academic Enhancement.' Dr. Kadar provided key guidelines and innovative strategies to improve curriculum delivery and classroom effectiveness while enhancing professional and pedagogical skills.
Additionally, the school's ICT Team led an ERP Skills Enhancement Session to acquaint teachers with new ERP modalities. This was followed by the HR Team's 'School Governance and HR Connect' session, which outlined school policies and procedures.
The programme is designed to ensure educators are well-prepared to address the evolving needs of learners and contribute significantly to the school's academic goals.
