HE President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, crowned the top three beach volleyball winners at the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026.

Qatar secured the gold medal after defeating Iran in the final, with Iran taking silver, while Thailand claimed bronze following a strong contest against Oman.

His Excellency congratulated the winners, praising their high technical performance and competitive spirit, reflecting true Olympic values. He also highlighted the growing development of beach sports in Asia and reaffirmed the OCA’s commitment to supporting and promoting these disciplines.
