Rajagiri Public School conducts METANOIA 2026: Empowering educators, enabling tomorrow

Doha: Rajagiri Public School successfully conducted its annual academic conclave, METANOIA 2026, on August 26 and 27, 2026. The two-day professional development programme aimed to empower educators through reflection, collaboration, and the sharing of innovative pedagogical practices.


The first day featured a session by Ms. Tapasi De on "Remedial Teaching Strategies for Slow Learners and Enrichment Strategies for High Achievers," focusing on differentiated approaches to meet diverse learning needs. The second day included presentations on NEP 2020 in Action, Lifelong Learning, Teaching Generations Z and Alpha, Mental Health Challenges of Learners, Parent–Teacher Partnerships, and Effective Communication with Gen Z Learners. A special seminar on "Artificial Intelligence in Education" highlighted the transformative potential of AI in teaching and learning.

The conclave brought together 13 presenters. Dr. Aju Abraham, Member of the Board of Directors, graced the inaugural ceremony as Chief Guest. The closing ceremony was honoured by Mrs. Aparna Ranish, Communication and Leadership Trainer, as Chief Guest, with Mrs. Jinsu Aju, RPS Admin Director, as Guest of Honour. Mr. Arun Mohan, Founder and CEO of Onepane AI, joined the conference online as a guest speaker.

METANOIA 2026 provided educators with opportunities to learn, reflect, collaborate, and reimagine classroom practices, reaffirming Rajagiri Public School's commitment to continuous professional development and future-ready learning experiences.
